Shipping/Returns

Thank you for your purchase. UhManda cosmetics are committed to providing quality products to our clients. If, however, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 7 day of the purchase date. If the product is unused and unopened you may return it to us for credit or replacement only. You will be responsible for shipping. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Unfortunately, at this time UhManda will not be able to accept returns on liquid gloss, lipstick or lip glaze unless damages accrued during shipping and handling.

Returns

● All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
● Store credit will be issued within a timely manner only if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us at bossqueen979@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase date.
● No returns without original receipts and order number, as well as original packaging (unopened) and all labels attached.
● No returns accepted without promptly contacting us first with details of the product and the defect.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at bossqueen979@gmail.com. You will need to securely return the product in its original packaging as well as include your proof of purchase with the return form provided which will be emailed after you contact customer service. Upon receipt of the returned product we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return we will issue you a replacement or credit as a result of the defect.
 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. Shipping and handling chargers are not refundable.

Exception

The following items cannot be returned:
Unfortunately, at this time UhManda will NOT be able to accept any returns on liquid gloss, lipstick, lip glaze unless damages accrued during shipping and handling.

Product or Services

Due to all our products being handmade, occasionally we may be out of stock. You can back order the product and we will ship it to you as soon as the product becomes available with no extra shipping charges to you. As well as you can request an alternate product for a replacement. All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. Thus we reserve sole discretion to limit,cancel or change any offers, prices and sales of products or services on our website to any person. If we believe there has been a false or fraudulent order, we reserve the right in sole discretion to refuse/cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
